Bambara Banana Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Bambara flour
  • 1 and 1/3 cups
  • Bambara milk or any milk of choice
  • 4 small bananas
  • 1/3 cup Seed Butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup date powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mash Bananas
  2. Add Seed butter and mix thoroughly
  3. Add milk and mix again till all ingredients combine together
  4. In a different bowl mix all dry ingredients
  5. Add in the banana + milk + seed butter.
  6. Pour into baking pan
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins or till your tester comes out clean
